• The Regenerative Organic Certified® framework offers a holistic verification for farms around the world with strict requirements for Soil Health, Animal Welfare, and Social Fairness. There are three levels to certification: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. All operations seeking Regenerative Organic Certified® for the first time will enter the program at a Bronze level. As a standard that verifies both practices and outcomes, producers are expected to phase in more regenerative practices over time and “level up” approximately every 5 years. • Agricultural producers who are already certified to the USDA, EU, or Canadian Organic Programs are eligible to apply for Regenerative Organic Certified®. Additional third-party verified certifications may be required depending on an operation’s activities, geographic location, and certification level. The Regenerative Organic Certified® application process is managed by Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA), so interested applicants need to first apply online with them. Then, the Regenerative Organic Alliance will create a specialized Regenerative Organic System Plan for applicants to complete. Once ROA has conducted an initial review, they will assign the applicant to a qualified certifier for on-site inspection and final review – make sure to select Quality Certification Services as your chosen certifier!
