President
As the President of QCS, Ram believes that everyone should have access to healthy and nutrient dense foods devoid of harmful preservatives, chemicals, and food borne pathogens. All the fortunate stages in his life have enabled him to meet numerous teachers, mentors and people who have influenced his approach to leading a once small certification agency into the now highly respected and recognized company that QCS is at the state, national and international level. Whenever Ram has time, he loves swimming, organic gardening and growing rare exotic and medicinal plants, as well as speaking any of the multiple languages he has learned.
Chief Executive Officer
Donna serves as the Interim CEO of Quality Certification Services, bringing together a BS in Human Nutrition and Foods and a Master of Business Administration to guide the organization with both scientific insight and strategic clarity. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to integrity, operational excellence, and exceptional client service.

HR Director
Marielle Mackin is dedicated to building healthy, people-centered workplaces where team members feel supported, respected, and equipped to grow. Before stepping into HR, Marielle spent years rooted in client service and organic agriculture. That agricultural foundation shaped her belief in stewardship, intentionality, and long-term care, principles that continue to guide her work with teams and organizational culture.
Outside of her professional life, Marielle is an artist and gardener. Whether tending the garden, creating art, or in the office, she finds joy in the creative process of bringing ideas to life.
Director of Quality & Accreditation
Beth Rota leads the Quality and Accreditation team, supporting QCS’ robust and high-quality organic certification program with technical expertise and an innovative mindset.
Quality & Accreditation Manager
Leslie manages quality and accreditation programs at QCS between traveling and trying new recipes.
Inspection Manager
After many years on diversified fruit, vegetable, and livestock farms in the Georgia Piedmont, Patrick moved to the certification world in 2021, and has been leveraging his background as a farmer, inspector, and lover of mysteries to improve the QCS inspection department. When he’s not thinking of agriculture, Patrick is usually reading, rock climbing, or playing soccer.
Sr. Quality & Accreditation Specialist
Adam enjoys surfing literal waves as well as the figurative waves of certification oversight.
Material Review Specialist
Chloe oversees the material review program for organic crop, livestock and processing/handling scopes.
Quality and Accreditation Coordinator
Heidi helps keep our organic certification programs running smoothly by supporting quality systems, accreditation, investigations, and training.
Regenerative Organic Certified Program Lead
John is the program lead for the Regenerative Organic Certified Program at QCS and also conducts USDA organic inspections.
GAPC/Organic Inspector
When Samantha’s not attending a trivia night, she’s visiting organic operations for their inspections.
Staff Inspector
Anthropologist by education, organic farmer by training, federal regulator by employment, activist by necessity.
Client Services & Marketing Manager
Meredith ‘Mer’ Morgan manages our new and existing clients’ experience for all QCS’s certification offerings. They are the go-to client service representative for Regenerative Organic Certified.
Client Care Specialist
Maddie has the privilege of supporting and onboarding first-time applicants. She is proud to have graduated from the University of Florida and enjoys all that Gainesville, FL has to offer!
Certification Project Coordinator
Kelly is the main point of contact for many clients as a Certification Project Coordinator.

Matea enjoys working closely with clients to keep everything on track. When she’s not working, she loves spending time outdoors and recharging in nature.

Financial Administrative Assistant
I have had the opportunity to work in many fields during my lifetime. My early years included Civil Service (Finance) with the United States Air Force – Substitute School Teacher (K-12) – Owner of my General Construction Company to include contractors’ licenses in Nevada, Arizona and Georgia – I have settled in my later years with QCS in the accounting department.
Director of U.S. Certification
Anna has been with QCS since 2018 and oversees the U.S. office’s organic certification teams and processes. She values QCS’s people-first approach, both with a dedicated staff and vibrant client-base, and loves the mission-driven work of being in the organic industry. Outside of work, Anna loves to, well, be outside, whether in her garden or while snowboarding, hiking, and paddling in and around her home of Seattle, WA.

Christine is an organic certification reviewer based out of Portland, Oregon.

Amanda supervises our Cedar Team to thoughtfully support clients in achieving and maintaining organic certification, from her home in Portland, OR.

Jen is a Certification Reviewer who divides her time between Columbus, Ohio and Red Boiling Springs, TN. When not reviewing Organic System Plans, she is most happy gardening, tending her small herd of dairy goats and making cheese as an expression of her love for the land.

Lindsay oversees our Oak Team of certification reviewers and is a certified yoga teacher.
