The COO supports the overall integrity, efficiency, and success of the certification programs through effective leadership, operational oversight, value chain analysis, strategic planning, and budget management. The COO develops, communicates, and implements growth strategies. Supports the company mission to promote organic and sustainable agriculture through the company’s programs and services. Applies QCS values in their daily work. Performs other duties as directed by Chief Executive Officer.
