Are you passionate about advancing organic and sustainable agriculture while leading high-performing teams? We’re seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented leader to oversee our livestock organic certification team that supports a portfolio of clients from application through certification and ongoing compliance.
You’ll guide a team of reviewers in ensuring timely and accurate certification services and continuously improve processes using key performance indicators. You’ll help shape policies, support team member development, and uphold the integrity of organic standards while delivering a strong client experience.
This is a remote, full‑time, mission‑driven role where your work directly supports the growth of organic and sustainable agriculture.
Starting range for this role is $60-$70K year
