Certification Project Coordinator

Are you detail-driven, mission-minded, and ready to make a real impact in the world of organic food? Join our team as a Certification Project Coordinator — the vital link between organic producers and the certification process that keeps our food system honest, transparent, and sustainable. You’ll coordinate the administrative aspects of the certification process — from processing applications and renewals, to issuing transaction certificates, and ensuring those details are accurate and compliant. You’ll be the go-to for client support, delivering exceptional service while keeping our systems running smoothly. You’ll also coordinate enforcement actions and noncompliance resolutions — helping uphold the integrity of organic certification.
